Nice to hear from you.
I am surprised ...Hi I Fan! Nice to hear from you.

I am surprised that you are having hard time finding leeks. In French they are called "poireau" and they are part of onion family. You can easily switch for green onions if you don't have any leeks at hand.
As for vegan butter - I usually use Earth balance. If not, you can use olive oil, or a bit of coconut oil. If you are OK with a vegetarian version of this soup, put a bit of regular butter.Anyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01900386141137172126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4772092809063349565.post-49144257164847408082009-12-13T07:42:51.008-08:002009-12-13T07:42:51.008-08:00i can't find leeks and vegan butter, what can ...i can't find leeks and vegan butter, what can i use to replace them????

thanksUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15445836590447591965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4772092809063349565.post-1033663199782366962008-08-25T06:01:00.000-07:002008-08-25T06:01:00.000-07:00Oh, thank you!
